For freelance engagements, I estimate the length of the job and charge $45 an hour.  If I miscalculate and have to spend more time, I won't charge extra.  If the job takes longer than initially estimated because you change the terms, we will negotiate as we go.

    For long term jobs, my rate is much more negotiable.
